The latest plans are for 1,320 new residential units – an exciting part of our masterplan vision for the centre, which will ultimately see 3,500 people living on our doorstep.
Residents will enjoy access to a host of amenities, including the iconic Blanchardstown Centre, which has enjoyed substantial investment over the last three years and is home to a market-leading brands - with recent openings including Europe’s largest Inditex Zara, Ireland’s first FLANNELS and Nike Unite. The centre sits at the heart of the local community, employing 4,500 people from local and surrounding areas.
