As Blanchardstown Centre turns 25 years old, Falcon AM are delighted to have delivered this breath-taking refurbishment of over 10,000 sqm of covered mall space. This project was delivered outside of normal trading hours without affecting trade.
At a total cost of approx. €17m, this is the first significant investment in the common areas since the centre opened in 1996.
An exciting new branding and colour palette has been introduced, further enhanced with funky artistic displays (by renowned Dublin artist Maser) and references to various landmarks within the catchment.
We have significantly reduced the centre’s carbon footprint through targeted investment in the centre’s biggest energy consumers, with all new LED lighting throughout.
As part of our continued commitment to community engagement, new disabled adult changing facilities are also provided in response to specific needs of some of our loyal customers.
This investment is also being complimented by significant investment from many of our retailing partners in their own units most notably Dunnes Stores, H&M, Best Menswear, Pandora, Three Mobile, Footlocker, Swarovski, Starbucks and some new and exciting signings to be announced soon.
